Dr. Reagan B. Anderson
Founder/Instructor
DO, FAOCD, FASMS, CAQ for Mohs Surgery, MPH, MCS, Clinical Professor of Dermatology RVU, USMC First Reconnaissance Battalion Surgeon (former). After starting, running and operating a successful medical business, it became readily apparent that I was never taught the lessons that are needed to run a medical practice. And yet, these lessons are what will make or break a career, and will lead to fulfilment and burnout. I started this course to round out our medical education so that we can have the careers we have dreamed of because now, you have the knowledge necessary to be successful. What you don’t know can hurt you. Get educated, become empowered, and make your career what you want it to be.
Dr. Steven Grekin
Co-Founder
DO, FAOCD, FAAD, Clinical Professor of Dermatology Des Moines University, Program Director Dermatology Residency Program, Beaumont Health. Founder of The Grekin Skin Institute, he provides dermatological care within many segments of the medical market in Michigan and is rapidly expanding nationally. His primary mission is to create the vision for service cultures to deliver extraordinary care and medical treatment for a patient's health and well-being.
Dr. Jeffry Anderson
Co-Founder
Practice Manager, Project Management Professional, Lt.Col. USAF (Ret). Doctorate in Public Administration, Master’s in Public Administration, Master’s in Computer Resource Management. Dr. Jeffry Anderson is a Subject Matter Expert in planning, executing, and overseeing the Business of Medicine. As the Practice Manager of Colorado Dermatology Institute, he has been instrumental in developing policies and procedures as well as implementing plans to open and continue clinic operations; managing business, human resources and regulatory functions, and supervising clinic managers and staff. Dr. Anderson has over five decades of experience managing organizations, contracts, and staff while in the military, and commercial firms, owning his own Technical Consulting Firm and since 2010, managing Colorado Dermatology Institute.
Frankie Gales
Chief Development Officer
BA-Bio, LPN, 1LT, COARNG (Ret), Project Management Professional, Total Army Instructor Trainer (Ret). Frankie is a retired U.S. Army National Guard Staff Officer with over 30 years of proven leadership and operational experience. She has over 16 years of private medical practice management experience in operations, human resources, budget development and management, nursing, training, staffing, writing policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPPA, Disaster Preparedness, and creating lessons learned. Prior to joining the Rx For the Business of Medicine team, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and HR Director at the El Paso County Medical Society (non-profit) leading teams in operations, human resources, budget development and management, centralized credentials verification, and health information technology. She was responsible for creating a medical practice transformation team comprised of Subject Matter Experts who provided HR, OSHA, and HIPPA compliance programs to medical offices throughout Southern Colorado.
Maren Burkhart
Social Media Specialist
Masters in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Digital Marketing and Public Relations. Maren is a retired collegiate volleyball player who utilized her competitive nature to propel her career in digital narratives and driving social campaigns. She has a wealth of experience in strategic initiatives to enhance digital presence and engagement in the health and cosmetic industry.
